Business Development Supervisor (BDS)
(Lowongan posisi di Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung Semarang, Medan, Bali)
Responsibilities:
- Roles and Responsibility: Serve as the primary frontline liaison with Citibank customers.Build the business by expanding existing accounts and acquiring new customers.
- Develop and implement planning of sales activities in order to achieve given targets.
- Assess customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
- Assist customers in their financial planning.
- Ensure that current and prospective customers have a consistently superior Citibank experience.
REQUIEREMENTS:
- Bachelor Degree from reputable University
- Have at least 3year experience in Banking Sales
- Have a good communication in English and Bahasa
- Strong in Communication and Negotiation skills
- Strong leadership, results oriented, hard working, highly motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Had a WAPERD and AAJI license
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- Has strong passionate in sales and service oriented
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university and a minimum GPA of 3.00; Overseas University will be considered
- Familiarity with lifestyle of the affluent market
- Ability to build and maintain business networks effectively
- Excellent verbal and written English
- High level of integrity, confidence, persistence, and dedication
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Has experience in managed team minimal 1.5 years
