1. Technical Superintendent (TS)

• Preferably from Institute of Marine Merchant with authorization ATT I/ATT II or S1 Engineering
• Min. 5 (five) years acquaintance as arch engineer/surveyor
• Posses acceptable ability about ISPS cipher is preferable
• Acceptable English & Computer literate

2. Aggregation Manning Supervisor (CM)

• Preferably from Institute of Marine Merchant majoring Port & Shipping Management
• Min. 3 (three) years acquaintance in recruiting aggregation for tanker, tug & barge.
• Strong ability about aggregation agreement, aggregation remuneration, STCW requirement, sea regulation
• Acceptable English & Computer literate
