Loker terbaru tambang batu bara – We are a growing coal company in Indonesia currently looking for a high professional to be located in Jambi and Samarinda based for the following position:
HRD & GA Coordinator (Jambi & SAMARINDA based – 2 positions)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law or Industrial Engineering
- 3 years experience as HR generalist
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, procedures, systems
- Strong understanding of Indonesian rules, regulations, laws in the HR arena
- Strong industrial relations skills and employee relations skills
- Strong supervisor, coaching skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and time management skills
- Good project management skills
- Good skills and knowledge in relevant computer software
- Having basic knowledge of mining industry
